Reuben Oswald is an attorney and information privacy professional with broad educational technology industry experience. He operates as in-house counsel and leads the company’s legal function. Reuben began his legal career supporting a Washington, D.C. based solar energy startup and entered the education technology industry in 2013 as counsel for Middlebury Interactive Languages LLC, an online language learning company. Prior to Esme, Reuben served as Assistant General Counsel at Stride, Inc., where he was primary counsel for the company’s institutional, international, and consumer direct business lines. He is a New York licensed attorney and is CIPP/US certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
